The soft curve of the brim does a decent job of keeping the sun out of her eyes, but the material is a bit too soft for my wife's liking. The overall construction felt a bit flimsy, and she couldn't seem to get the visor to hold its shape just like it's shown on the photo. it was a bit more straight instead of curved. One advantage, though, is that the adjustable strap allows for a comfortable fit, and the lightweight, quick-drying material is great to have if used for outdoor jogs.
