I've never been very fond of these kind of golfing visors, but this one has a really nice style to it. I got it for sun protection when running, but I like it enough that I think I'll wear it out doing other things in the summer too. I'm not sure how this needs to be UV rated in order to protect from the sun - I'd be surprised if the rays can get through the hat - but I'm no expert! I think this will be very protective, especially of the delicate skin on the forehead and around the eyes. I want to exercise more but don't want to become an old hag just to do it!Cool looking hat for people who don't want to look like a golfer.Recommended.
