Soft. Just the right size.Re gripped my putter , The Enhua grip is as good as more expensive brandsInstalled on an older Taylormade putter to bring into service. Order came fast. Seems to be pretty durable putter grip.Really struggled to install grip as it seems small/tight. I was not able to get it completely installed correctly. The look and feel of the grip is good as name brand grips.Big, one flat side, cheaper than most putter grips. I use it on my mazel chipper. Good enough for me
