I am 5'9" and normally wear 32x30 pants. I weigh about 170 pounds and have an "athletic" build, meaning I have some meat on my thighs and bum. I bought these pants in the black color at 32x32 (for $65), and they've been brilliant for me. The length has shrunk a bit over time, even though we wash them only with cold water.While I like trim-fitting pants, I really can't pull off skinny fit jeans (not by a mile). However, I do like trimmer-fitting pants, and I can wear slim fit just fine.To clarify (for the uninitiated): skinny is for really thin hipster type of men; slim is the next step -- a nice, trim fit; and regular/classic fit is going to be the baggiest. These Puma pants are a really nice fit. They look like something a pro golfer would wear. By no means do they hug the crotch or thighs -- at least for me.I've had these pants for two years now, and they still look great.
